The Job Search Position That Sells
Let's Make You The Person Everyone Wants To Hire

Conversations > Applications - Become The Person Everyone Wants To Hire
Breaking up the normal newsletter to drop a preview each week as we get closer to my 2-day virtual event, Conversations > Applications!
You don’t need a 10-tier strategy to land your next role, there just needs to be a solid foundation for you to take action off of 👇🏼
Below you’ll find…
The “September Surge” 🙄
A Question For The Journey
Want to be top of the list when opportunities flood in? Now’s the time to sharpen your job search strategy and position yourself as the candidate everyone wants.
This is the perfect time to refine your job search strategy so you’re ready to stand out when opportunities flood in.
We’ll work together with one clear objective:
Position yourself as a top-tier candidate to secure your target role.
Here are five ways you’ll benefit:
You’ll reclaim time and energy by eliminating weak job search activities.
You’ll solidify a Resume and LinkedIn profile that you don’t revisit.
You’ll build a compelling business case for your target role.
You’ll attract advocates who actively work on your behalf.
You’ll gain confidence in your offer as a candidate.
This workshop is designed to be impactful and is best delivered in a smaller, high-caliber group setting.
Because of this, spots are limited.
Reply to this email to secure your spot, and I’ll send you the details.
Ps… I roll my eyes around the September Surge because if you’re in the job search, you shouldn’t be waiting for seasons to take your next step. Let it magnify all the work you’ve put in, but don’t only take action during these “seasons” of the labor market!
A question to ask about becoming a top-tier candidate
“Am I ready for the change that I want?”
I’ve personally answered this question “No” before. We want the big shiny ticket, but if given that - are we ready for it?
Do we have a support system to show up in it and play ball?
Will it position us correctly in our careers?
Food for thought 🤷🏻♂️
Before you go…
Could you “reply” and share what you’re currently working on?
I’d love to hear from you.
